How it works
I want to enrol in the Cycle to Work scheme – what should I do first?
Cycle to Work scheme practices vary, but the most common process looks like this:
◙ Find out the exact name of the scheme your employer is enrolled in
◙ Confirm we are a member of that scheme by contacting us
◙ Choose your bike, either in-store or on our website
◙ Speak to your HR department and request a certificate
◙ Receive the certificate, normally within a few weeks
◙ Pop in or call us to confirm availabilty of your chosen bike
◙ Redeem the certificate against the cost of bike and equipment
◙ Salary sacrifice commences from your next pay packet

At Cyclelogical we are happy to accept vouchers from the providers below but we do add a surcharge onto sales being paid for in this way. Many customers are unaware that, when a bike company or shop processes a voucher, they are charged a fee by the voucher provider. Being a small and growing company, we are unable to absorb this cost. We think the fairest solution is to split this charge with the customer.
The charges for each voucher provider are listed below.

- Green Commute Initiative (GCI) charge us 5%, so the surcharge is 2.5%.
- Cyclescheme charge us 10%. The surcharge is zero.
- Cycle Solutions charge us 12%, so the surcharge is 6%.
- Vivup charge us 12.5%, so the surcharge is 6.25%.
- Bike 2 Work charge us 10%, so the surcharge is 5%.
- Enjoy Benefits charge us 10%, so the surcharge is 5%.
- Caboodle charge us 10%, so the surcharge is 5%.
- MyBenefitsWorld charge us 3%, so the surcharge is zero!
- Gogeta charge us 3%, so the surcharge is zero!
