Please ensure that your bike is clean enough that you would be happy with it in your living room
Your bike will be refused if it's too dirty.
When can I drop my bike off?
Preferably the day before your booking, or at the latest, the start of your booked slot.
You can drop your bike off any day before & you can collect up to several days after your slot.
How long will my Service or Repair take?
We will assess your issue, give you an idea of cost, and if possible try and complete the repair within the timescale set during your online booking
- The timescale of your service or repair will depend on the amount of labour required and parts availability. Although we will try our hardest to complete the work within the timescale set during your online booking, we cannot guarantee this.
Can I change my appointment?
- We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you may be blocked from making future online appointments. You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your slot.
Are all your workshop slots available online?
- Not all available service/repair slots are available to book online, so for the latest availability please speak to us directly.
